Sealed Oyster Bag VS Hog-rings Closed Bag?

oyster bag is becoming the more and more popular way to to grow oysters.

Some farmers use the floating oyster bag,and some use the common bags to lay on the racks.

Some farms use the diamond mesh oyster bag,and some use the square mesh oyster bags.

It depends on different environment and different habit.Any way,all one end of oyster bags need to be closed to make it like a real bag.

There mainly are two kinds of way to closing the oyster bag,one is hog-ring closed,or zip ties closed,and the other is hot sealed.

If you closed the bag with hog rings carefully,just like a pillow,there are much space in the bags,and no hole to escage the oysters.and it won't take too much space in the container.

One professional man could close 200~300 bags one day.

Compared with the hog rings-closed oyster bag,hot sealed bars 100% closes the bottom of the bags,but the oyster bag also loses a lot of grow space for the oysters.As it is much flatter.

the oyster bags closed with hog rings have more space for oysters.
